1. Who we are
This website is operated by PUPPIES TO PAWPRINTS LTD, trading as Puppies to Pawprints, company number 17497957.
Registered office: 26 Gorsey Bank, Stoke-on-Trent, United Kingdom, ST6 8AR.
Contact: support@puppiestopawprints.com or info@puppiestopawprints.com.
Our registered office is a correspondence address. Please contact us for product return instructions before sending goods there.
2. Our shop and affiliate links
Purchases made directly through our shop are sold by PUPPIES TO PAWPRINTS LTD. Products may be fulfilled by suppliers and warehouses in different countries through services including Modalyst and TeemDrop. We remain responsible to you as seller.
Our owner-selected affiliate links, including those on Our Affiliates, lead to other businesses. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. When you purchase on an external website, that business is your seller and its payment, delivery and returns terms apply.
3. Products, accounts and orders
We currently sell dog products. Read each listing carefully, including its size, materials, included items, suitability and safety instructions. Lifestyle props are included only where expressly stated. Goods must match their description; differences between screens do not remove your rights.
You may purchase without creating an account. We may invite you by email to create an account after purchasing. Creating an account does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
If you are not old enough to enter a binding purchase contract where you live, a parent or guardian should place the order. Follow product-specific warnings and supervise your pet where appropriate.
Provide accurate order, contact and delivery information. Contact us promptly if you need a correction or cancellation. We will explain any practical limits before agreeing a change; these do not remove statutory cancellation rights.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund payments for goods we cannot supply. We will not increase an agreed price or substitute a different product without your agreement.
4. Prices and payment
Our base currency is GBP. The applicable currency, product price and delivery charges are displayed before payment.
We are not currently VAT registered. Our retail prices include supplier VAT/import VAT costs that we bear in arranging fulfilment. These costs are distinct from VAT charged by a VAT-registered seller on its own sales. Any separate import-duty or clearance arrangements must be disclosed before purchase.
Available payment options are shown at checkout and may include supported cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Clearpay and Klarna. Availability depends on the order, country, currency, device and provider eligibility. Instalment arrangements are subject to the payment provider's terms and do not reduce your rights against us.
We pay suppliers separately using our business payment card. We do not provide your payment-card details to product suppliers.
We do not currently sell paid subscriptions, courses, downloads or event tickets through our shop.
5. Delivery, cancellation and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery and return arrangements. Our estimated total delivery time is 3–14 working days, including 1–3 working days of processing. Destination-specific availability and any different estimate must be explained before purchase.
For most UK distance purchases, you can cancel until 14 days after the day you receive the goods and then have 14 days to return them after notifying us. Applicable legal exceptions may apply. Our additional voluntary return offer allows eligible requests within 30 days after delivery; it does not replace statutory rights.
For a whole-order statutory cancellation, we refund the goods and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. Any premium above standard delivery is excluded unless the law requires otherwise. Refunds follow the applicable legal deadlines and normally use the original payment method.
You pay direct change-of-mind return postage only where this responsibility was properly disclosed before purchase. We cover necessary reasonable return costs for justified faulty-goods remedies.
Supplier approval does not override your rights. We manage returns and provide the appropriate destination, which may be a supplier warehouse. Contact support@puppiestopawprints.com for help.
6. Accounts, reviews and Groups
Keep your login details secure. Do not impersonate others, access accounts without permission, commit fraud or disrupt the website.
Reviews, public profiles and Groups posts may be visible to others. Share only content you have the right to share. Do not post another person's private information, threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, illegal content, spam or fraudulent reviews.
We may remove content or restrict access proportionately to address misuse or legal requirements. This does not cancel valid orders, refunds or accrued consumer rights. Report concerns to support@puppiestopawprints.com.
Paws & Perks is under development. These terms do not introduce new earning rates, expiry rules or referral promises.
7. Information and AI assistance
Our educational content and AI chat provide general information. They do not replace advice from a qualified vet or other appropriate professional. Seek veterinary help for health concerns.
AI answers may be inaccurate or incomplete. Contact our staff to resolve purchase or policy questions. Do not enter passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information into chat.
These provisions do not limit our legal responsibilities for goods we sell or statements we make.
8. Intellectual property
Website content belongs to us or is used with appropriate permission or other lawful entitlement. You may browse for personal use and share links. Other copying or commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by law.
You retain rights in content you submit and allow us to host and display it as needed to operate the feature you use.
9. Liability and governing law
We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care where the law requires it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to use their local courts, including their home courts in Scotland or Northern Ireland where applicable.
Changes apply prospectively. The terms agreed for an existing order continue to apply to it unless a lawful change is agreed with you.
